Zoals met alle diamantkleuren kunt u gele diamanten sorteren van een bleke tint tot een zeer diepe kleur. Hoe kleurrijker de diamant, hoe minder vaak deze voorkomt, en hoe waardevoller de diamant wordt.<\/strong><\/p><h4>De gradatie van gele diamanten\u00a0<\/h4><p>Er zijn veel kleurgradaties voor gele diamanten, vari\u00ebrend van lichtgeel tot chique diepgeel. Dit beoordelingssysteem is precies het tegenovergestelde van kleurloze diamanten. Voor kleurloze diamanten zal elke tint of imperfectie de waarde van de diamant verlagen. De kleuring van diamanten zijn weeffouten. Je zou kunnen zeggen dat hoe meer structurele gebreken de diamant heeft, hoe intenser de kleur wordt. We hebben het natuurlijk niet over insluitsels, maar over de atomen die de basis vormen van de diamant.<\/p><h4>Canary Diamonds<\/h4><p>De onderstaande grafiek laat zien hoe gele diamanten worden geclassificeerd van lichtgeel tot levendig diepgeel. Hoewel de lichtere kleuren niet zo populair zijn, zijn de levendige kleuren dat wel. Veel gekleurde diamanten hebben meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n fout en bestaan uit een combinatie van twee kleuren. De tweede kleur wordt de kleur modificatie genoemd. Een gele diamant met een groene tint heeft bijvoorbeeld een groene kleur modificatie. In dit geval verhoogt deze modificatie de waarde van de gele diamant, omdat groene diamanten meer waard zijn dan dan gele. Het tegenovergestelde geldt voor bruine kleur modificaties. Dankzij de 90 facetten, dat zijn er 32 meer dan een traditionele ronde briljant slijpvorm. Zijn schittering was lange tijd onge\u00ebvenaard voor zo&#8217;n grote diamant.
